We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visits, and other diagnostic data.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use session and persistent cookies to authenticate users, remember preferences, and analyze Service usage. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the Service may not function properly without them.

SMS and Text Message Notifications

How We Use Your Phone Number

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to text message notifications through your account settings, you consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages from Rheba. These messages may include:

  • Booking confirmations and updates
  • Event reminders
  • Booking verification requests
  • Event completion confirmations
  • Post-event feedback and review requests
  • Cancellation notices

Opt-In and Opt-Out

SMS notifications are optional. You may opt in or opt out at any time through your Account Settings page. You may also opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-enable notifications in your account.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

No Sharing of Phone Numbers for Marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the transactional notifications described above.

How We Use Your Personal Data

The Company uses Personal Data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service, including monitoring usage and ensuring platform reliability.
  • Manage your Account and authenticate your identity.
  • Facilitate bookings between Activity Directors and Entertainers, including sending booking confirmations, reminders, and completion requests.
  • Send transactional communications via email and, where you have opted in, SMS, relating to your bookings and account activity.
  • Process payments and invoices through our third-party accounting and payment providers.
  • Improve the Service through data analysis, usage trend identification, and performance monitoring.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

How We Share Your Personal Data

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With Service Providers — We share data with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including cloud infrastructure, email delivery (Resend), SMS delivery (Twilio), accounting (Xero), and data storage providers. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for purposes other than providing services to us.
  • Between platform users — When an Activity Director books an Entertainer, limited profile information (name, contact details relevant to the booking) is shared between those parties to facilitate the engagement.
  • For business transfers — If Rheba is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
  • With your consent — We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless required for security or functionality improvements.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your Personal Data
